Rear turnbuckles

Wonder if anyone can help just need to know what are the best size turnbuckles to use on the rear of the X6. I have the E Speed add ons and RPM black ball joints etc -

Want to make sure that the adjustment is available and that they do not pull out do not like the standard ball joints
