Hey everyone, I just wanted to ask how long it takes for the welcome pack comes through the door, I signed up at least three weeks ago but still nothing, I can get my membership number online but would still like the welcome pack and card to show at the race meetings, is there a contact some one can give me?

Just a print off of the order form/ receipt is usually enough to prove your membership at most clubs.

Mine came in about 5 days.

It's annoying as i was looking forward to browsing through the welcome pack:( iv looked at there website and couldn't find a contact, does anyone know a contact detail? Thanks

The secretary is a guy called Darren Newton and you can email him on

Not sure what welcome pack you are missing normally it's just your card and the handbook that turns up at some point during the year
