RC8B3e front hinge pin snapping
 

Hi guys has any one been having a problem with the front wishbone pins snapping hit a track markings today took out the shock end and snapped the hinge pin , took the other side off to check the length as I intend to make a replacement from some stainless rod or from a long caphead bolt and found this one was also broke in two now suspect these are snapping when landing from height and not from hitting the track marker which was plastic hose and not solid , have also found that the shock ends from the X3 Hong nor sabre fit using the associated ball. The length is about 1mm longer but should be OK as we use the droop screw to set the droop just need to see how the hold and make sure they don,t pull off the thread .
