Gearing advice

If running a 7.5 (12 turn equivalent motor) should i be aiming to get as close to a 9.66:1 final drive as i can?

In which case, with a 106t spur, i should be looking at using a 19t or 20t pinion?

Good grief, how did I miss that!

Anyway, I have a 7.5R in mine at the moment, pretty sure it's on 20*110, so if you start with a 19 (assuming sintered motor/rotor) then you're defo in the ball park.
