TP saddle in Cat Lipo
 

Weird q I know, but does the TP saddles fit in the cat, is there enough space?

Just thinking a potential short term while waiting for brca list!

If nobody replies, and I don't forget. I will have a try of my saddles in my CAT SX and let you know.

My first thought is that they will, but if they don't, it won't take much to make them fit. ;)

I think they do but you may need to file a 'flat' on the inner side of the battery post. You'll also have to come up with a way of stopping them sliding around.

I tried mine it the cat. They are a VERY tight fit. Some fettling is required.

I've been using trackpower saddles in the cat for a few weeks, they're a tight fit, but they will go in :thumbsup:

Will probably wait until a stick list to run it though, hopefully by the next Broxtowe!!

If anyone has got them in can they post pics? Tried mine and wasn't close, but may take another look in case I was being stupid!

What stick lipo's are people using that fit ok by the way? Wanna grab one as soon as the list is out, basically looking for big capacity and c rate, but which doesn't have nightmare wiring position!?

The Core 5000 fits straight in , think the car was designed with this Lipo in mind .

Anyone used the LRP5300? If so how's it fit? If it becomes legal I like blue!!

We have some coming soon whch will be BRCA legal and in either 4000mah 35C as well as 5200mah 30C in stick pack as well as some 4400mah 30C BRCA leagal saddles too.............watch this space.............:drool:

Any idea how soon on the sticks? I've a cat sat here I can't run until I get a battery!!
