The track is on a working farm and we do ask that you stick to a 10 mph speed rule as you come down the track to the racing circuit. The track has a fence all around and there is plenty of pitting around the outside of the circuit. If you do not need your vehicle nearby then please move it to the car park at the end.


There is no mains power available so please bring 12v or generator for charging.


Please charge in a lipo sack – there will be no warnings, as per other regionals, anyone caught not using a lipo sack will be asked to leave immediately.

Facilities:

There are male and female toilets on site. We do ask that the men if doing a number 1 then please use the urinals rather than the cubicles to minimize that amount of waste water.

Food:

There will be a food van onsite, please do support them. There is a shop if needed in Waltham Chase by the traffic lights SO32 2LG.

Race Format:

• 4 rounds of qualifying, round by round with 2 to count
• 3 legs for A Final and single leg finals for B final and below
• Additional “open” class will be provided for non-regional participating drivers only at each meeting
• With any additional classes there must be a minimum met to run the class on the day (6 is the minimum amount targeted)
• Costs £10 per entry per class, for entry’s pre booked in advance (booking in via www.brcamidsouth.co.uk) or £15 pay on the day (open/additional classes the same)
• The BRCA Mid South Regional 2016 Championship permits only two types of tyre for the rear axle at each event.
  Compound and quantity used is not restricted. Front tyres are a free choice.
  The permitted rear tyres at all venues are:-
  Schumacher Mini-Spike (Original & Mk.2) and Ballistic Buggy Mini-Spike.
• Juniors are classed as anyone under the age of 16

Awards: There will be trophies for:-

• FTD
• Top 3 places in the A final
• 1st place in each other final
• Top junior.

Schedule:

7.30am Booking in open
8.00am Drivers briefing
8.15am Track open for two Practice rounds in heat order, 3 min heats. If you are a lower grade driver, you’ll be in an early heat! Please Marshall after your practice run.
10.00am First heat on the line.


We have a lot of rounds to get through so please be prompt, put your cars down underneath the rostrum after your race and go to your marshal number. There will be a referee and this will be explained on the day.
