Sean L 13-01-2009 12:05 AM

Deerdale dont run any other time than championship rounds. If your a club member you can practise whenever you like but they only race on the dates listed above.
The track at deerdale is really good, 100% astro with some really good sections its one of my favourite astro tracks in the uk. You should get yourself down !!

hi need an address for deerdale chears mike

madonrc 09-02-2009 08:04 PM

Mike
there is no post code for the track as it takes you to a dirt track that is not passable. The post code to put in is NG22 0DD. This is for Custom Built Racing shop. when your on the A614 follow these dircetions

From the north instead of turning left towards Eakring turn Right. This will take you up a tarmac track called Deerdale lane. The track is the first field on the right

from the South instead of turning right towards Eakring turn left. This will take you up a tarmac track called Deerdale lane. The track is the first field on the right

Cheers Mark.no not been before hope the weather gets better before weekend :(

jimmiprice 12-02-2009 07:57 PM

I think as long as your there by 830am you should be fine, drivers briefing is normally done at 9 then first heat shortley after.
Weather forecast is actually looking like its going to improve for sunday, i hope so. One good thing about deerdale is that it drains really well, no matter how wet it has been overnight there is never standing water on the track.
Loooking forward to getting some nitro racing in this weekend, been missing it !!

track

Track is looking good for tommorow !

But dont for pitty sakes wear trainers tommorow. The car park is very wet and muddy ! So its wellies or boots if you have and brains at all !

ps there has been an accident last night on the 614 coming from mansfield to the track. It's been closed all night and day and might be tommorow, diversions are in place and the diversion brings you out at the eakring/track junction anyway !

Garry Driffill 14-02-2009 05:34 PM

Is the track "Angle spikes" wet?

madonrc 14-02-2009 06:35 PM

As for tyres it depends on the weather but angle spikes minipins or JC saber tooth all work well

rcracer 14-02-2009 06:38 PM
