Recommended 5.5T for carpet
 

Hello guys,
I'm searching for a 5.5T to fit my 4wd on carpet tracks
I only tested few brands, trackstar, hobbywing and orion (13.5, 9.5 and 7.5 vst2)
I'm pretty happy with my orion (not with the others)
So I will naturally look for a 5.5T vst2
But could some of you recommended other brands
Reedy sonic m3 looks good (and cheaper :)),
Trinity D4,
Tekin Gen 3,
Fantom... too.
Any of you have already compare some of that list ?

Another question is about the LW vst2
I heard they got less power and brake than the regular vst2
Could someone confirm?

Personally, I used to ran a Trinity D3.5 5.5 in my 4WD. For indoor (carpet/astro) it was just too much (for my driving skills :woot:) motor, outdoor it's perfect and very fast.

If you like Orion, why not go 5.5 Orion? A motor won't make you seconds faster, buy what you'd like to run. I switch between Muchmore and Trinity and like both brands.

I'm not searching for a motor which make me faster (even if it will be cool :D)
I'm just interested in other motor brands quality's;
like, is a reedy (M3) smoother than a orion
or ... a trinity powerful than a reedy...

just a want to make a little comparison (smoothness, power , heat ) between all those good motors without buying each ...:)

Yuuuup, Trinity D3.5 5,5T is a very powerfull and fast motor. I bet the D4 is the same or even better. I will buy more Trinity motors in the future.
