Sanwa Exzes X servo mode?

Hi all

Just upgraded to Exzes X...not sure which servo setting I should be using?

New 1257 savox servos. (Sanwa receivers)

NOR for normal servos

Or...

SHR for use with digital servos?

Anyone tried both and felt a difference?
