anyone know what's happen of Upgrade RC? i had tried to contact with them from last two weeks, but haven't get any reply!! are they still in holiday? thanks!

They dont have a ton of employees and they get backed up at times. I know Ryan also changed his email address recently because of spam, so make sure you have his most recent one.
