difference between SP and RTR wishbones??
 
Hi folks, iv just been donated a big box of lazer spares. i am in the process of upgrading my rtr to sp spec, iv got everything baring wishbones!! this spares package has loads of wishbones but i dont know the physical difference between the rtr and sp ones..can anyone help????

I don't know anything about the RTR, but the following might help you out.

The Difference between the ZX5 and the SP is the shock mountings and the Hub carriers/ steering arms.

There are 3 shock mounting holes on the SP front wishbones and 2 on the Standard.

The Hubs are different too, so they require less room. Hopefully the pics will demonstrate better - but this one on the car is the ZX5 SP front:

Or...
the RTR and the std zx5 are the same style. If your box of bits is different then they are probably SP

yeah looks like they are all standard zx 5 wishbones, thanks for the advice guys....cheers.
