Which KO servo for 1/8 rallyx

Which KO servo would you recommend for a Losi 8.2 Buggy to go on the steering?

tbh i wouldn't use any of the KO range in a rallycross car, i know most of the team drivers use either JR or the ace servos.

if it were my money i'd go ace/associated as these are well proven and good value for money.

Birdy i bust 3 KO 2344 servo's when i first started and wont go back to ko anytime soon. For 1/10th they seem fine and are popular but in 1/8th hardly anyone uses them unless they are sponsored. If i were replacing servo's in my buggy now it would be with the new futaba brushless if i had plenty of cash otherwise it would be ACE.

Ace for me.

That said I have a 2344 for years. Was in my MBX-5 with a faster KO, then in my Crono and the faster one broke, and now it's still working well in my touring car.

I got 2 ace servos a year or two back though, and they are brill. Had in my Team Magic and now one in my Cat and the other in my Caster Fusion 1/8th. So I can't justify spending more money now.

Thanks for the info guys, I already have 6 ace/associated servos but have been having quite a few issues with them over the last few months, I got a Futaba brushless last month and so far I am impressed with it, was just looking at what other options there is and thought KO used to be the best in 1/10 elec but never tried one in a 1/8th.

Looks like i will stick with the futaba on the steering and ace on the throttle/brake for now.

Cheers

ive not got on with ko servo's in nitro models.:eh?:

i've run a futaba on the throttle/brake and an ace for steering and they have been going a couple of years now.

the new savox servo's look quite good regarding speed and torque and should make a good steering servo and go for a futaba t/b servo.:D
