Help with finding charger
 

Hi, im pretty new to this rc stuff and purchased a traxxiss stampede second hand from ebay, it came with a TRAKPOWER 11.1v lipo battery.

What i would like to know is can i use any charger/balancer with this battery or do i have to buy a trakpower one because of the connections?

would this be ok?

yes that should be ok if connectors dont match you can always make one up

ok great thx, so to make one up you just snip the wires and solder the correct connector on? Also are the balancing ones standard?

i dont know if all are the same but my lads and mine are and we have diffreant lipos

to make up a lead dont cut any off your battery
i would suggest if you have to make a lead up is to go to your lhs and get whatever bits you need from them

most of the time you get what you need with the charger

ok, thx is your balancing port like a little square thing with 4 connections and a little clip on the side?
