Custom Schumacher CAT 4wd layshafts
 

I'm having some layshafts made that will fit the 4wd CAT range XLS, Procat and Bosscat, these use basicly a bosscat shaft with a kf/kf2 slipper setup on the end.
For it to drive both pulleys you will need to modify one of the pulleys so the pin can pass all the way through but will be locked in so there shouldn't be a problem.

I have used a 89t spur from RW and it's ideal

Ok IF 10 people want a Layshaft then the price will be £35 each plus post, this is the actual cost of each shaft.
He quoted £40 for 5 so that's why I'm pushing for at least 10, if more people want one then I will get an updated price from him on Monday.

These won't be ready till the new year but he did say he would try and do them next week but wasn't promising anything. This under the understanding that I can sell 10.

Payment won't be due till they are ready, payment to be made by paypal to me as a gift or please cover the fees. Postage should be no more than £2 in the UK anywhere else will be at cost.

To complete this conversion you will need the following parts.

1 X U4480 Alloy Slipper Plates - Cougar KF these come as a pair but you will only need the rear plate.

1 X U3364 Slipper Pad; PTFE Octagon

1 X U4672 Alloy Outer Slipper Plate - KF2

1 X U4673 Slipper Spring- KF2

1 X U4674 Slipper Spring Bush - KF2
You'll need a bearing for the centre of the spur too ill measure that up later so you Know which one to use.

As for Spurs they can be ordered from Neil at RW racing in any size other than what's already available

The problem with the YZ10 TCS is you don't just need the shaft, the rear slipper plate is the pulley too so that's a problem there but you never know one day maybe
