XX4 Belt Access - How ?

I know the XX4 has a rep for difficult belt access and see from Jimmy's reviwe that some people cut the belt covers to enable easier access - just where is the best place to make the cut(s) ?

Also which of the 3 belts is the one most likely to cause a problem in the first place ?

Ta !

None IF you set the slipper right.

Also when building the slipper working from the outside in nut-beveled washers-plastic spacer-bearing-thrust race, place a cvd shim between the thrust race and the bearing, so the bearing is overhanging the the slippershaft. Now remove the plastic spacer and replace it with 2 large gold washers, this will stop any binding when adjusting the slipper as the plastic spacer does get crushed into the bearing when tightening the slipper.

I wouldn't cut the top cover. It is a sealed cover otherwise durt and other debris will get in there. Just use the slipper instead.
