The search is over - Holy grail found...
1 Attachment(s)
I picked up a Kinwald XXX new in box when I lived in the US in 2007, and wanted this Trinity part for it, but could not find a new one. I came back to the UK 2009 and have continued the search ever since. This came through the post today via an old friend in the US, the hobby store would not ship international. It was in the sale as well - $15 plus $7 postage. Yeah, maybe I'm a real saddo, but I would love to hear your stories on finding rare parts and what they were, or what you are still looking for - we all have a Holy grail, and this was mine!

I have one of those on mine, and the trinity rear hubs :o

For me, it's the Wasp alloy front transmission for the Schumacher XLS/Procat. I've seen two come up for sale in the past 18 months but missed out on them both!

Nice find, ive managed to get a shed load of spares for my vintage prototype directly from the manufacturer Kyosho 20 years after they were made, they did a search in their own time for me in their hq warehouse.

Here's my holy grail - a pair of ribbed (Oooerr) pink rear wheels to match the pair of fronts I have for my 93 WCS Masami tribute. Annoyingly a few sets went through on ebay a short while ago, but I just wasn't on the lookout for Yokomo parts at that time  http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...S/DSC00339.jpg I will also need a pair of the red wheel dots to go with them. Luckily the car looks OK on the wheels that are fitted, which are white ones dyed pink... but the colour isn't quite the same as the original Yoke wheels. |
Didn't Masami have red wheels like mine
