Dynamite Passport 100W - Lead Mode Question
 

Hi All,

a bit new to this so if this is the wrong place or a dumb question then I apologise before I start.

I have just got one of the Dynamite Passport 100W chargers.

I am wondering if the Pb mode will allow me to charge a regular 12v Leisure Battery? Essentially the one I would be powering the charger from at the Pits!

Or am I better off buying a regular car battery charger?

If anyone is interested I have found that it isn't advisable to charge a 12v car battery in Pb mode with this charger.

Only because of the duration and current required, its designed for small sealed UPS batteries and such like.

So, an 8 Amp charger from Euro Car Parts will be my next purchase! :woot:
