championship points
I've been asked a few times now by various club members on just exactly how the points system works and how the points are awarded to the individuals throughout the championship.
So i think it would help if a detailed explanation of exactly how the points scoring system does it's thing is posted here for all to see and try to understand. Thanks Martin |
Really easy, 1st place in the A Final gets 100 points, 2nd get 99 3rd 98 and so on, an extra point is awarded for TQ in rash class, so if you qualify 1st and then win the A final you will be awarded 101 points.
Then depending on the number of total rounds and how many of these count towards your final score. So if we have 6 rounds and 5 of these count towards the championship your best 5 will be added together giving your final score. |
5 from 6 Neil? Not 4 from 6 as it usually is?
I know it's not a BRCA meeting but the ruling is usually half plus one so would be 4 from 6. You're call of course though mate |
I'm guessing 5 from 6 was just for example not fact,
