Trakpower problems
 

Im having problems with one of my 3200 stick packs.
When i plug the pack into the V balancer(Trakpower) only 1 light comes on and its Red.
On my better pack the 1st light lights green then the next 1 amber.
I think they are on their way out but just wondered. They were bought 2nd hand by somebody that said they were ok but i think they were gone when i got them.
Any ideas?

do they charge?
