Astro
Dry yellow mini spike with mini spike front or cut staggers if loads of grip
Wet ballistic greens

Grass I've used the same as above

Indoor depending if there's a control tyre at our club its venoms rear cut staggers front
Or other clubs yellow minipins rear and front or cut staggeres if you want to tame the steering down a bit
These are my personal choice others may use different compounds.

Mini pin yellow rears work well on AstroTurf too.

Unfortunately, it isn't that simple...
2 or 4wd? And which track? Different astro suits different tyres.

2wd initially and I was going to race at Coventry but that club is trackless at the moment so Frankley is a possible

Don't know either of those tracks personally.
My preference is:
Outdoor dry astro: Yellow spikes rear, cut staggers front
Outdoor wet astro: No idea...
Indoor: multiple choices available... yellow spikes, yellow pins, full spikes... all work well depending on the specific surface.
Maybe try posting in the club sections (if they have one)
