In case anyone else is having trouble trying to join brca, please note that when it asks for your "county" what it actually means is "we're not interested in your county, we want to know your local authority"
I had almost given up trying all the permutations of "West Yorkshire" so I finally emailed to ask for help and they replied to say West Yorkshire doesn't exist. I had to enter "Kirklees". Why ask me for my county then?
