Anyone had any dealings with these people, I ordered a shell online from them 8 weeks ago as they showed it in stock, but after 6 weeks of we will send it next week I have asked for a refund and now each time I ring she says I will return the funds today, but guess what that doesn't happen either!

Unfortunately I paid on debit card not PayPal!

Im sure it's just been a bit an error somewhere down the line, i have dropped wim a message for you, that are top people and always do their best for a first class service, but they are human:)

An unkind title I know but it has been used a few times recently, I and one of my racing mates have had a few issues with out of stock items that show in stock and had to wait three or more months for delivery! It has even led my mate to a decision not to buy a particular car because of the uncertain availability of spares.

Wimm and his partner are indeed very nice and accommodating and they do support quite a few events over the year, the range of stock is enormous to cover the different classes and must be a nightmare to keep on top of when travelling all over the country.

This aside we all do expect the website to reflect the true availability but they are not alone on this score, even some of the bigger stores with more staff fail miserably!

AMC has a strong hardcore following, never dealt with AMC started doing a bit of 12th last year and was told to avoid AMC like the plague with people recounting situations just like yours, so you are certainly not the 1st! Was told that if I did want to deal with him ring and ask the question is it 100% in stock before paying, Don't use the website

Wim is great but always phone him up to find out if he has it in stock.

wim ( AMC ) is my local shop and ive never had a single problem and i'm not just saying that because he's my local, i really have had no problems, i know they had a technical problem which was out of their control which may have contributed to your problem, if you wish me to personally go in the store and enquire for you then pm me your details and the order and i'll help the best i can....
