Far more than just looking at the piccies would suggest.........

Body, wishbones, rear hubs, rear hinge pins, fuel tank, shock towers, chassis, all driveshafts, brake discs, radio tray, steering/servo saver and many other samll improvements and material changes too. In total there are 32 changes listed on the side of the new boxs!! (although many are minor or just refinement)

Northy 11-12-2008 04:54 PM

Cheers Darren, but what changes will actually make a difference to a bod like me? --- And don't say none of them!:lol:

No comment....... LOL

The longer chassis is going to be most noticeable, the other bits will mainly help it stay together for longer for a "bod like you", lighter and tougher where the main changes made, faster was hard to already do in the "Losi eyes" (in their opinion)

G-Wizzzzz!!!

Rear wishbones---Bigger outer hinge pin screws
Rear Hubs---Bigger outer hinge pins screws and extra hole for camber link
Rear shock tower--- lighter and revised mountings for camber links/shocks
Front and Rear brake discs---thicker less chance of fade
Brake hardwear--- to accomodate thicker discs
Chassis---longer by 2mm?
Rear centre CVD---longer by 2mm??
Front Hubs--- revised camber holes
Front shock tower--- lighter/revised camberlink/shock mounting holes
Bodyshell--- improved airflow across engine
ARB--- etched to identify size easier
Steering bellcrancks---revised geometry??
Steering rack--- bushed to give less play
Suspension Balls---smaller size lighter weight
Fuel tank---????
Radio Tray--- more room around the servos

Thats all i can think of at the Mo.....

Lee, don't let on how it's done - we can charge money for it.

footey 11-12-2008 06:59 PM

Stu 11-12-2008 07:03 PM

Shane - I imagine it's not that bad for you to get to.

It will be motorway all the way from Hull, and if Garry and Neil are going maybe you could car share?

I rekon it's about 100 mins drive if you get some spuds on.

footey 11-12-2008 07:05 PM

or we all could meet somwhere in the middle ;):woot:
