extending esc capacitor leads
 

i have fitted my esc into my car but cannot fit the capacitors anywhere near.so can i extend the leads or will this have a impact on the capacitor.only by approx 2 "

That will be fine, it will not cause any problems at all.

I've removed the original lead on my capacitor and replaced it with a longer one. Don't use smaller/thinner cable and you won't have any problems.

many thanx, i have used a slightly thicker cable now but just 1 inch longer
