Should this be locked down so that only the poster can reply/update their threads?

Not saying it's going to happen but you never know.

i voted no as i'm all for free speech etc & too many rules can stifle an otherwise busy/active/friendly forum :)

however if there is a problem then it needs to be addressed, just had a quick look on there & there do seem to be some issues :thumbdown:

I think the best thing to add is a rep and trader rating system, i'd also prefere either the threads to be locked or give the option to the poster to lock it (if thats even possible?)

seen a few people put a link to their ebay profile which i think is a good thing if people want reassurance when buying but as for locking them all it needs is for everyone to be curtious and not reply to a for sale thread unless they are intersted in the item for sale.
