X5 Castor Block Screws for the XX4

Just tried to buy some X5 castor block screws from 4wdrc.com but the online shop quotes $17 postage which seems too much. Did I read somewhere that there will be a UK distributer for X5 stuff soon?

Anyone got them and are they worth the money?

Lesro models are the distributer for Xfactory, and have been for a long time.

$17 isnt much considering it is saving you from breaking £15 wishbones.

Lesro Models have the caster block screws in stock, and we encourage all our U.K. friends to utilize this fine local source of supply, knowlege, and help.

Does anyone have any of these fitted, if so, any pics:confused:

Can someone explain to me how these screws stop you breaking wishbones ?

Does it just move the breakage to a part that's cheaper (and easier?) to replace ?

I agree with you Rob because the pictures of the screws on the X Factory website does show the screws ftted but they seem to be similar to the kit items? "thats if im looking at the correct part":p :wtf:

They don't screw into the wishbone like the kit items they screw into the castor block, and pivot through the wishbone. It also stops the wishbone from braking on the back of the wishbone, as the screw is stopping the castor block from putting pressure on the rear part of the wishbone.
Hope that makes sense.
