Problems with 4OD

Wondering if anyone could help me..

I choose a program to wach on 4OD (4 On Demand) and soon as the advert has played the window with the media player just closes on its own will?

Ive tried re-installing it and i have re-installed any Java or Flash and it still does it? :confused:

Does anyone know of anything else that could be wrong?
