2s Lipos, Esc and brushless motors - Nottingham (7 day rule - strike 1)
 

Hey,

So, long and short of it is after 7 years or so out of racing, ive decided my Nephew is now of the age to give it a go, and with all the kit i have lying around would not need to spend any any money to get him going, however after dropping down to a local race night last night, it seems things have changed an awful lot, and although ive managed to get 3 of the 5 sets of NIMH's back to life, (yep, thats rights, NIMH 3300's which bloomin cost me £60 a set about 6 months before stopping racing haha, and brushed motors !) i'd still like to be on the lookout for some cheap lipo's first, and then onto some brushless motors and esc, preferably local as would rather deal face to face with cash as you know exactly what your getting then.

So yeah, sorry for the longish post, but in short, if you got reasonable 2s lipo's, brushless motors (17.5's ideally as we're hoping to stick with our touring cars for a little while at least, but anything cheap and reasonable considered :)), Escs to suit and are local to Nottingham, please drop me a message with what you got and prices if you wouldnt mind,

Hi, I did see them however with your track being faversham i assumed you where not local, will they fit lengthways in a tc4 ? (efectivly space for 7 NIMH cells)

Tarquin, you seem to have everything all in one place for us (batteries, esc's and motors but was planning on building up buying it seperatly as cash is tight, but would have to take a few bits to make it worth the trip, i'll have to see if i can sell some gecko's haha !

Tarquinj, just looked again and it would appear someone had bought your ESC's already, so probably not worth the trip just for the batteries :(

I've got an Orion R10, works fine for £75 inc delivery. I've also got a stick pack LiPo, can't remember the np make but can get a picture. I'll do both for £85 inc delivery.
