Absima - superb customer service
 

As I posted on here recently, I bought a second hand cr4t radio which turned out to have a very short range. Radio was under 12m old from new and the seller kindly provided me with original receipt and order paperwork. I contacted Absima in UK to see about getting fault fixed and their fantastic customer service meant that they agreed to simply replace the item for a new one. I know that technically a warrenty is with the original buyer, so this is really over and above what they were obliged to do.
