durango 410 set up

Hi I have just bought a dex 410 what is the best pinion and spur gear set up I have 10.5t brushless motor I will be racing on astro and grass and a mix of both any help would be great

When i run a 10.5 i run the stock spur (87) and a 23 pinion, i run around 30 degrees of boost with a 10.5 though!
