ball diff problem?
 

Hey there!
Ive just finished building my kit, and its the 1st one Ive done with a ball diff. When I spin one wheel the other spins in the same direction instead of counter rotating. I haven't broken the diff in yet and I didn't know if I have messed up or if this is normal.

If you lock off the spur gear with your fingers does the opposite wheel rotate the other way (ie. are you just turning the whole gearbox with the friction of the diff).
