Just been a bidding frenzy - about 11 bids in 30 seconds. Funny as my iPad was going crazy.

Selling well so far

How come kyosho would put losi shocks and yoke wheels hubs in their kit?

It was original made as a marketing tool, used losi shocks, yokomo wheels. Car with kyosho wheels and shocks won the Japanese nationals and also made the world A finals.

Thanks welshy intersting stuff, wish I had one to sell :)

I'm happy (the wife will be too) - hope the winning bidder is legit!

James, how many kits came with the Yokomo hubs and Losi shocks? I seem to remember the ZX-S and ZX-S Evo were the only 2 versions. If 300 ZX-S were produced and mine is perhaps number 114, how many of these 300 I wonder came with the Losi/Yokomo-esque parts? Or was it 300 in total, ZX-S + Evo?

I just hope it got a good home, and not ended up with someone just set on making a profit from it. A while back in the wanted section, there was someone asking for vintage cars, and the contact email referring to a pawn shop.

Hmmm I missed that if you see anything like that again let me know and I'll sort it.

He is actually an oOple member but I am unsure of his username and I'm sure it has gone to a great home :)

It's Fiss999

daz75 14-03-2015 07:57 PM

How come it shows as unsold on eBay?

Peakey 14-03-2015 08:16 PM

Cus he sold it out of eBay and at that price I don't blame him :o

Sorry been busy, but can say i had 2 ZXS, one being chassis 114 and 3 evos of which one was from the 200 made and sold to the public and two one of which I sold were protos.

ZXS (300 made) came with Losi shocks however the Japanese market were given a choice on shocks so some do come with kyosho. The ones bought by tower hobbies after a lengthy discussion came with losi shocks and yok wheels and hub adaptors. By the way what did it go for?

daz75 14-03-2015 11:52 PM

Last I saw was £629

DanB4 15-03-2015 03:51 AM

He contacted me through eBay and we quickly realised we were both oOplers.

I sold it to him for pretty much that price plus postage even though it may have gone higher, he was highest bidder and saved me fees. Both happy.

Dan
