AGM - Friday 27th February 2015
 

This year’s AGM is scheduled for next Friday (27/02/15). I’m just waiting for confirmation but we are planning to hold it at the Grange Park community centre in their small hall between 19:30 to 22:30.

There’s a car park to the right of the centre with plenty of spaces and I’ve had it confirmed that the café bar will be open :thumbsup:

We have a number of things to discuss and decide on as a club and the meeting will need to start promptly at 19:30, so get there a little earlier if you want to get a drink or bite to eat from the bar.

If anyone would like to add anything to the agenda please drop me a pm by next Tuesday so we can book you a slot, and I’ll post the completed agenda by Thursday.

It would be great to see as many members as possible, as the direction of the club for the coming year will be discussed and voted on, so if you want your say come along.

Please keep an eye on this thread for any changes to times or location.

Question - Will the agenda for the AGM be posted on this forum prior to the meeting?

This would ensure that any member of the club (like me:blush:) who is unable to attend the AGM can post any questions/concerns they may have?

An agenda will be posted asap (realistically it won’t be until Wednesday as the committee need to finalise it on Tuesday evening).

Hi guys

Firstly just to confirm the venue is being held at the Grange Park community centre and we have the hall from 19:30 to 10:30. I’ve had a couple of PM’s for items to be added to the agenda and the below is a summary of those requests. Please note this is not final and has been posted so people have the chance to have a think about any questions prior to the meeting.
