Oustanding Customer Service
 

Hi all

I bought some contact tyres for my GT12 yesterday and when I opened them at home I found one had been glued on really badly and didnt come to the edge of the rim.

I dropped Schumacher a quick email with a couple of photos.
Within a couple of hours I received an email asking for my details to send me some replacements. It was now late afternoon.

They got them sent and I received them today.
What a fantastic service, better than most retailers can do.

So thanks to Chris at Schumacher.

Always good to see someone compliment a company who have initially supplied a sub standard part and quickly resolved it.

I can't praise Schumacher customer service highly enough, I wish other companies were this easy to deal with. :thumbsup:
