Stuck in thailand
 

Hi all, just had 3 weeks in thailand travelling round with the wife now stuck can't get out !!!!.
Just been to the airline office first confirmed fight out of bangkok 9th Dec and that's if there is no more trouble, supposed to fly today 27th Nov, Now i'am going to miss racing at EPR this weekend.Oh well there are worst places to be stuck in the world it's only 38 deg here. Have to go now my chang beer is getting warm and at only 50 baht a bottle might have to have another one.Hopfuly if there is no more trouble here and i might be home for Christmas ???:o

I'm pretty sure that the next Winter Warmer race at EPR is on the 6th of Decmber, not this weekend which is the 30th November.

Though, now I'm not sure, can anybody else confirm either way?

Well things are looking up here in Bangkok. The Thailand tourist office are now offering FREE hotel rooms to all us farang (tourist) stuck in Thailand,so we have changed hotels now in a 5 star hotel and 3 meals a day think i might have to stay a little longer. Hope the weather at home is not to bad, still hot and sunny here 38deg+.

Time to go and have a few more beers. Still no news as to when we might get home who knows, hoping for the 9th Dec but it does not look good.

well all is look up for a return to the UK. Just had an email for our airline to say we have seats on a flight 6th Dec . Not looking forward to the cold weather getting very used to heat over here but i will be home for xmas might even get down to racing at EPR Sunday if all goes well.
