ive got a cooking question (yes,...i can cook...ish),i like to make rock cakes every now and then, but lately, everytime ive cooked the mixture, instead of staying in a rock shape, they all sink and spread out, last time i did it i had one continuous rock cake in the shape of my baking tray.???????
Any ideas?
