what size pinion should i be using on a speed passion 10.5 with 78 tooth spur i am currently using a 27 t pinion after a run the motor is warm but never hot to touch

What sort of track? Flowing / tight / dirt / grass / carpet etc. Any comment may not be relevant without knowing this.
