Yes, but that looks like the standard width car, not the wider truggy. Also I believe the shark kit comes with all the hop ups.;)

it is an rtr blaze.
will take some serious hopping up to make it fully race worthy. Cheaper to buy an LRP shark up front.

shocks - £30
driveshafts - £30
diffs - £35

much cheaper in the long run for the Shark, and it has extra bling not listed above.
