Speed Passion minimum throttle setting?

Hi Lads,

Do Speed Passion ESC (GT or Reventon) have a minimum throttle setting? I have both & have looked through different mod settings but can't seem to find a setting for minimum throttle control?

Is there something obvious I'm missing??:(
