Can someone vac-form a shell for me for a drone? If i give you an canopy to use as a start point to modify..?

Try contacting the phat bodies guys (Simon and Dan Osbourne). They're pretty handy with vacuum forming, and come up with some cool looking designs. No reason why this can't be done for a multicopter too.
