Quick question, B44.2 or B44.3 ????

Is it worth the extra ?????

£120 b44.2
£300 b44.3

Is it really worth the extra, fancy a 4wd (again ) and not sure which to get
Obviously the b44.3 is better but is it worth the extra ( question aimed at Jason lol )

Help please

:o
120 for a .2 is good as long as it's intact, I went for the .3 because I wanted to try geared diffs.
Sunday I sorted a few important things and made it loads better, but then again I was happy with my .2 but like my .3 it took me a while to get there.

Ball diffs in the b44 are adjustable quickly at the track but geared need oil changes for that effect, saying that I think once you have the right oil your less likely to change it so no more messing there, this is how I think it with the bonus of not having to rebuild the diff cos of busted gears or balls.

The .3 does seem very different and I know I will get it running better than the .2, also noticed so far motor temperature's haven't been to bad and I have up'ed the timing on the esc a step.

I personally think the .3 would be the way forward. with gear diff the same as the durango, however it was really heavy on the tyres and when the diffs start to wear, boy they wear qiuckly.

so thats some thing to keep in mind, as a club driver unless you get a tyre sponcer. or have deep pockets.

See you track side with your .3 :)

Lee your more than welcome to have a go with mine on sunday, would say even though ive had my problems with it I still love it though

Greg Williams won rd 3 at Worksop last weekend with his b44.3 and Neil Cragg is British champ with the b44.3 so it fair to say the car is good
Although how much faster it would be over the b44.2 is any ones guess both are good cars

Cheers Jason would love a go, I have took the plunge and ordered a b44.3 today and all electrics to run as second car lol, just need to get the shell painted when it turns up, could be a job for stu lol,

K-Brewer 26-11-2014 12:14 AM

Disappointed mate  I've got an old Orange shell u could use of u need while others getting painted

Dkfream 26-11-2014 12:19 AM

No hurry kev, probs be after xmas before I get it built, painted and put electrics in, still need to find another motor as the v1.1pro combo I bought has a MMM 4.5t motor lol, so need to get a 6.5t, the 4.5t may be a little bit overkill but may give it a little go

Noob 26-11-2014 12:44 AM

It will burn out on the first lap:p

Dkfream 26-11-2014 12:49 AM
