NEAM Xmas Cracker Series ???

As above here are the proposed dates for our clubs Xmas Cracker Series....

Ok I've looked at the dates, how about
21/12 Sun
28/12 Sun
30/12 Tue or 31/12 Wed. Tue better?
04/01 Sun

Any dates that need changing or any extra dates can be added......"BUT" this all must be agreed and sorted out ASAP !!!

If we don't get enough interest then this series will not get the go ahead !!!

Were looking at £8 per class or £15 for both classes.

All 2wd and 4wd racers are welcome from all abilities :)

Lets get this up and running :D

Dates need to be confirmed and the hall booked no later than the 30th of November !!!

What do you all think.....answers on a post card ;)

Dkfream 17-11-2014 01:20 AM

Those dates work for me Dex, count me in for all of them if it goes ahead:p

DAVO 17-11-2014 07:36 AM

At the moment I'm not even sure there is going g to be a series due to the lack of response

Jedward 20-11-2014 04:41 PM

Count us in, I might even have a go myself!!
Not sure that we can do all the days, what with Xmas and family commitments etc. But we should make the Sundays.

jimmiprice 24-11-2014 01:54 PM

Theres probably too many dates for people to commit too mate, id suggest picking one date and sticking with that and people will plan around that one.

beasty boys motorsport 24-11-2014 05:39 PM

just run it over the 3 sundays on our standard race night....see who turns up even better if we can get in a bit sharper ??

if these dates don't clash with anything else that takes racers away stick it up, we would run a club night anyway on these dates so no harm in calling it a xmas cracker series, all you have to do is give people points for who turns up ??.......just my thought

K-Brewer 24-11-2014 06:42 PM

Gordon and i will more then likely be there

corkyjohnson75 25-11-2014 06:53 AM

Cracker

Al be there dex . Why not just have a one day event like it was for the aces . Early start , that's if you can get the hall for all day .

DAVO 25-11-2014 01:29 PM

Bump up finals

DAVO 25-11-2014 07:05 PM

And Christmas tree (double sided finals)

jimmiprice 26-11-2014 08:22 AM

Aye a different format for a one off event will be good.
Could have a race of champions final with a 2 lap qualifier with the single fastest lap determining the start position, xmas tree finals etc etc.
Thats the thing with 1/10th racing compared to 1/8th the race format is always the same.

ja76 30-11-2014 08:40 AM

Count me in dex ;)

Steven Forster 13-12-2014 05:06 PM

Opening Times ???

All right people, this sunday will be the last sunday for the jazz band using the hall over xmas so what time do you all want me to open the club up to run the meeting.....also dont forget that the track we build will be left out for us, so if you want to leave any pit tables and chairs at the hall this shouldnt be a problem and makes it easier for the next meeting ;)

Dates over Xmas are...

Sunday 21st

Sunday 28th

Tuesday 30th

Let me know ASAP if all 3 days are ok and with times to open the club.

Cheers
