3 Attachment(s)
Hi everybody!
This is my ride for the indoors Vintage series at WBMCC, wearing a brand new Deja Vu 2 body! ..well, it is a repro.. https://www.flickr.com/photos/240048...663360/http:// |
That's the coolest B3 I've ever seen, loving the rear shock tower & wing mounts!!

Sweet! What's the rear shock tower?? |
Aah, another car I wish I'd never sold... :(
|
Thanks guys!
The rear shock tower was done by a friend of mine from a 3mm fiberglass sheet. It allows using the Losi XXX wing mounts, better than the standard steel wire as it doesn't get permanently bent everytime you crash.. Thanks for the advice on the layshaft, does it fit without any rework? |
Don't think I've seen it.
Link? Pics? Cheers mate Quote:

Nice car mate!
Thanks for the advice, I have quite a lot of B4 spares so I will put together a new slipper for the B3. Cheers! Quote:

I have a ex team b3 worlds with a special diff with loads of new spares I was going too sell on eBay. Maybe I should try giving it a run

I would sell the car and spared complete but not seperate. The diff has longer out drives too stop the driveshafts popping out. I believe it was made by Paul worsley for the team guys at the time. I can send pics of the car too anyone who wants them via email later today.
|
Why don't you post them here?

One question Stefano:
Do you still use front and rear B3 axles? Wonder if there's a difference between B3 and B4 wheels, if b4 would fit without changing setup... !? |

What about using B4 cvd's and spacers? ...or maybe just the spacers? |
B3 arms are too short to use B4 hubs and wheels.
You should use B4 arms, hubs, wheels and of course axles. If you don't already have all the parts available I think it is not worth. It is not hard finding B3 wheels on the bay... Front is compatible.. |
