Cheap stick set

My 12 year old nephew wants to have a go at racing, he's going to use my spare cars (sv2) and electrics but could do with his own radio gear so we can practice/race together so I'm looking for a cheap tx rx stick set for him, I'd prefer 2.4 but open to anything cheap (I don't want to spend any more than necessary at the mo incase he doesn't like it)

hi mate, core rc 2.4g tx/rx are easily available for £25-30 and thats the good ones!! check the bay ;-)
