Round 7

Hi all.
Round 7 this Friday, pre book here: http://www.autocareandcycles.co.uk/?page_id=349

Lets make it even better, than last Friday

Our Saturday Off Road Championship, starts on the 25th Oct (that's a week on Saturday) if you wish to take part please read here: http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=153254

I think we need to revise the bookings page a little bit. For a few weeks the last box says "4 x 3 =". I have to admit I did struggle due to the absence of a calculator, however I now feel that this question is a little easy for most people wanting to race.

Now that everybody knows the answer to 4 x 3, perhaps we should start making this question more difficult - perhaps a long division next?

By end of the summer series we should perhaps get them to do a Convolution Theory or Fourier Analysis question to complete!

I see!!
This is one of those initiatives to force the "kids" studying maths!
Clever! :)

To the contrary Professor Petch, I think the "4x3=" validation question is too difficult.

Otherwise why would I only every have 5 people pre-book for a Friday night, including some who should jolly well know better?

My conclusion, therefore, is that everyone else is struggling with the validation question.

Could we change it to something more intuitive?

Hi all, great news for Wbmcc. We've got Schumacher racing team driver Carson Wernimont from USA and Muzzy coming for some testing in the off road class.
