Later this year the BRCA are bringing out further gradings to equalise the benefits that the F1.9's now have..These will be F2.9, F3.9 & F4.9..Also the Veterans age limit is being increasd to 99.
These measures should ensure that the EOS Finals are not over-subscribed.
The Juniors have been left as-is since there aren't enough to make a final anyway.
-Obviously subscriptions for the above grades will be lowered as their benefits from being BRCA members have been reduced.
