DEX410 v4 shorty lipo

Hi
Is anyone using a shorty lipo pack in their 410??
Does it fit?
Thanks

I use one in mine when the grip is high. Tight fit but it does go in.

I'm keen to see a shorty chassis with reversed motor, same layout as TM4/d413/B44.3/etc

One of the American drivers has used this layout to good effect I believe.

There is one kicking around already, i've seen it on here.
Thought it was a www.team-azarashi.com/ chassis, but obviously not as they only do the Kyosho and Associated ones.

It'll come to me eventually. Or i'll find it on here.

Yeah I'd seen that but it looks expensive, very tight on electrics and quite possibly the ugliest vehicle ever created!

Travis Amezcua has run some kind of setup I believe with layout like d413. I know the diffs would need flipping to run the motor that way round.

I know that Venom shorties will fit without mods. Packs under 94mm in length should fit without modding. Are you thinking of the car TD were testing at the last worlds /tobys?

Yes, exactly :)

That's sweet, pitty about the body. Nice that you don't have to remove drive train to take battery out.

I wouldnt recommend it on high grip as the steering you get is unreal, i did it on polished wood as the rear end was stuck and pushing the front, it worked well there, or some dirt tracks maybe, you only want to use the shorty if the rear end is stuck as its grippy at the rear but the front is pushing and not turning!
