nanotech ultimate batteries

Just wondering if anybody has used theses batteries?

I use nanotech shortys and they outperform other name brands by far, no swelling !! Have run them for over a year now with no probs.

Great stuff I'll think I'll give them a try.

What is happening with nannotecch and the brca? This is farcical. The brcas promotion of the sport is non existent. But on the other hand the time keeping at the national events is steller.

Got these packs a few weeks ago to use in my 1/8th buggy. So far so good. Just remember the batteries connections are 5mm and it might be worth getting a spare set of connectors.

I am sure that if they had been submitted for homologation they would either be on the list or a reason would have been stated why not.

That means the issue will be with the importer not the BRCA.

before you spout up and blame the brca you should gather the correct facts..it is not up to the BRCA to chase manufactures/distributors for lipo approval, it is in fact the manufacture/distributor who should apply for approval, the fact many racers have asked hobbyking to do so and been told were not interested speaks for its self.

From a business point of view the amount that Hobbyking sell of these I doubt there really worried about them being on the BRCA list.

I got one of these yesterday 6000mah with 90c discharge apparently more suited to the trackstar turbo 120a esc but does come with some larger connectors and can run the battery both ways going to try it down our club tonight and see how it performs as opposed to my 5300/5600 nanotechs
