Whats the difference between the above and the current model?
Surely its not just the chassi kit?

Cheers

Been in stock at MB all week bud. can buy chassis and bits for 75 quid i think too.

It's not a new BMax4. It's just a B-Max4 III with the lightweight package.

I'll get back to you about the upgrades included. If you look carefully on the pictures there are some upgrades mounted, but I know soon if they are in the kit.

Is this the new one that was planned for October ???????
There's got to be more than a chassis change surely ?
Has it a centre slipper or a oil geared slipper ?
Gaz

Slipper in centre. No gear diff as yet.

As I understand it it's the regular kit with this: http://www.rccarshop.co.uk/index.php...rsion-kit.html lightweight chassis included. No extras, but the photos do show some lightweight carbon and alloy bits. That said BMAX2 photos have shown fancy bits that didn't make it into the kit also.
A friends has just built a new kit, and it includes a few extras and fixed bits like the new front axles, screws and running mould changes over the original kit release.

If they do release a new kit I think it'll be same chassis (lightweight) but will have the following:

1) Stiffer servo saver spring.
2) Alloy front and rear centre shafts.
3) Different rear arms to mirror the old B-Max4II arms.
4) Alloy diff spider shafts.
5) Stronger bodyshell.
6) Carbon motor mount top plate.
7) Carbon front upper brace.
8) New steering bridge so the carbon brace is no longer required.
9) Different shock towers front and rear with more adjustment.

So effectively a B-Max4 III Worlds Spec car that's late. Going off various pics they been tweaking stuff but nothing major which means hopefully if you own the current car then just upgrade it.

To confirm:

Kit only includes the new lightweight chassis conversion. That's it. Bit cheaper than buying it both separately. Probably a more upgraded version will be released in October.
