Brushless & Lipo conversion for RC18T
 

I would like to convert an RC18T to run brushless & Lipo. Being new to electric i would like to know a few things.

What would be the best, value for money brushless system for my RC18T?

What Lipo batteries should i be running?

What charger do i need for the lipos?

Any other advice would be very much appeciated.
